Job Description
- Support the design and execution of the Group Islamic Banking’s Forward30 strategy and business plan.
- Assist in strengthening Islamic banking capabilities across the Group while driving the adoption of key strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and prepare strategic content, entity reports, and internal and external updates on behalf of the CEO of CIMB Islamic.
- Prepare business performance and management reporting, participate in balance sheet optimisation initiatives and conduct market research, peer analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Drive employees engagement activities and internal cascade.
