This position oversees advanced technical support and the management of IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for resolving escalated IT issues, maintaining network and system performance, and ensuring the operational effectiveness of IT equipment, including surveillance and attendance systems. The position involves coordinating with vendors, and driving IT operations to support seamless connectivity and organizational efficiency.
