Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance of funds dealing procedures with fund documentation (including Prospectus/Offering Documents, Servicing Agreements and Operating Memorandums)
  • Prepare & check internal and external reports to management, clients (Fund Manager, Distributor) and investors/distributors (e.g. client reporting, KPI reporting, etc)
  • Follow up outstanding documents for KYC & subscription payments on the Funds account
  • Translation of key information in KYC Document from Mandarin to English under clients indemnity letter
  • Provide high quality and professional client service to ensure CACEIS Investor & Treasury Services Values are well maintained
