THE COMPANY:
Our client is an international financial services company focusing on wholesale and corporate banking activities.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in administering syndicated loan facilities in accordance with the terms of the loan facility agreements.
- Support the Facility Agent role, including coordination between borrowers and lenders on operational matters.
- Manage drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, interest payment, and fee calculations in line with facility documentation.
- Maintain accurate loan records, notices, registers (lender participations, commitments, utilizations).
- To carry out such other duties as requested by the Head of Department, Loan Administration Manager and Deputy General Manager.
