Please find the detailed job description below: Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager – PMS & HR Analytics (depending on experience) Department: Human Resources (HR Operations / HR Systems / HR Analytics) Location: Kolkata Key Responsibilities: Independently manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycles Drive goal setting and implementation of KRA frameworks across departments Coordinate KRA tracking, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal processes Manage rating normalization and prepare increment consolidation reports Develop MIS dashboards and drive automation of HR reporting processes Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with defined HR processes Draft, standardize, and implement SOPs and structured HR workflows Configure and manage PMS modules within HRMS platforms Coordinate with HRMS vendors for system enhancements, troub...
