Job Description

The Assistant Manager / Manager, Resource Mobilization & Fundraising is responsible for strengthening the organization’s visibility, developing strategic partnerships, and driving marketing initiatives that support fundraising and resource mobilization efforts. This role combines corporate partnership development, brand promotion, and marketing communication to enhance MRC’s engagement with stakeholders, donors, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and institutional donors.
  • Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and collaboration concepts aligned with Malaysian Red Crescent Society humanitarian objectives.
  • Coordinate Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) and partnership agreements with external stakeholders and strategic partners.
