Key Responsibilities Medical Officer & Training Administration
  • Manage medical practitioner postings, coordinating comprehensive onboarding, departmental rotations, and clinical placements.
  • Liaise closely with internal clinical departments and partnered public healthcare institutions to ensure seamless personnel transitions.
  • Administer rigorous training compliance processes, tracking mandatory courses, certification, and required educational documentation.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal cycles and regional ranking exercises in close coordination with central healthcare human resource governing bodies.
