1. New Hire / Intern Onboarding Experience & Engagement


  • Facilitate onboarding for all new S&A hires and students


  • Plan and execute induction programmes for new staff and interns


  • Lead and coordinate Learning Journeys and Career Fairs with local polytechnics and universities


  • Support initiatives that enhance well-being and engagement


  • Raise relevant ePR purchases

  • Lead employee recognition initiatives


  • Provide administrative support and assist in preparing materials, logistics, communications, and tokens for recognition events


  • Track participation, consolidate feedback, and maintain recognition records
