Assistant Manager - Packing

We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager - Packing Location: Jordan | Company: GIA Apparels Role Summary: Support and lead daily packing operations to ensure timely delivery, zero defects, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Drive efficiency through planning, manpower deployment, and continuous improvement of packaging processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise packing operations to meet quality standards and daily targets Maintain packing plans, records, and ensure material availability as per production schedule Ensure zero-defect packing and optimum material utilization with minimal waste Monitor machines, set up packing equipment, and ensure smooth functioning Control WIP inventory and complete orders within deadlines Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Engineering teams Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety practices, and hygiene standards Identify and report maintenance issues and reduce non-conformities Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of packaging processes and ...
