- Oversee daily operations of assigned service points, including front counter services and administrative matters. Collaborate with clinical heads to develop and manage annual financial budgets and new service offerings. Implement systems and SOPs to enhance patient experience and ensure safety throughout care processes. Identify and address safety hazards promptly, maintaining clean and patient-friendly facilities. Support the Reporting Officer in reaching departmental KPIs through innovative service enhancements.
