The ideal candidate will lead a team to generate and engage with business partners to build new business prospects for the company. Ideal candidate should have strong communication skills with the ability to manage team . They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Assign PU targets to managers in consultation of Director.
- Achieve assigned PU target, revenue target and team targets.
- Check attendance and locations of team on daily basis.
- Ensure team reach assigned location on time.
- Make surprise visits to locations for proper check and balance
- Ensure Revenue target of his or her team
- Check KPIs of his team on daily basis.
