Job Summary: 


Detail Engineering:

  • Implement and maintain the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan for civil construction activities in metro projects.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards (IS codes, IRC, ASTM, BS, etc.), and quality management systems (ISO 9001).

  • Review and approve method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and quality documentation submitted by contractors.

  • Monitor construction materials, workmanship, and processes for conformity with approved drawings and specifications.

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain records of inspection and testing activities, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and quality KPIs.
