Role: Assistant sales manager

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Responsible for being a single point of contact for all Sales Operations related aspects (e.g. Field Sales, Distributors, DSD etc) within assigned geographical Area/Territory and deliver agreed objectives/targets
**A DAY IN THE LIFE …**
Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (GPS, TTS, distribution, coverage, Penetration, Machines performance) for the assigned Area
Implement, follow up and update Sales Plan for the assigned Area
Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process with Distributors (or any other 3rd party partners). Execute daily monitoring of customer's performance against defined KPIs (sales out, inventory level, order placement on-time, Machines performance etc)
Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the POC (Cycle Plan from ICP). Support the development of Fi...
