Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented resource responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing suitable sites for car service centers (oil change facilities). The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and hands-on experience with site development and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential sites for PakWheels service centers.
• Conduct market surveys and field visits to shortlist high‑potential locations.
• Negotiate rental/lease terms and finalize site acquisition agreements.
• Coordinate with landlords, agents, and stakeholders for deal closure.
