Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with hiring teams
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
  • Support implementation of innovative sourcing and employer branding initiatives
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring progress
