ABOUT THE ROLE
A strategic and hands-on Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition who owns the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT hiring across functions — building sourcing strategies, partnering with business heads, and driving quality hiring outcomes through data and process rigor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TA Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end TA lifecycle
- Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define roles & closure timelines
- Design multi-channel sourcing strategies — portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, campuses
- Drive closures within TAT/SLA benchmarks; maintain pipelines for critical roles
Candidate Experience & Offers
- Oversee full interview cycle — scheduling, feedback, timely communication
