Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee O&M of utilities: Boiler, Refrigeration, Compressed Air, WTP, ETP & CO Recovery Plant
- Ensure 24x7 utility uptime and uninterrupted plant operations
- Own and drive utility KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, energy & efficiency
- Lead, train, and monitor utility operators across all areas
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and audit readiness
