As an Assistant Manager - SEL within our Product Development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of system-level testing. Your responsibilities will encompass: Designing and executing comprehensive system-level tests following Detailed Validation Plans (DVP) and Robust Work-Up Procedures (RWUP).
Developing and automating test rigs incorporating PLC programming to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
Setting up new test configurations tailored to project-specific requirements in alignment with RWUP standards.
Preparing DVP documentation, obtaining test sign-offs, and actively participating in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) sessions to mitigate risk.
Conducting thorough customer complaint evaluations and simulating field failures to pinpoint and resolve issues proactively.
