Assistant Manager

Position Objective

Implement marketing strategies to develop Home Centre as a brand and to ensure that positioning of the brand is consistent throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Calendar

  • Plan the events calendar for the region in consultation with the Territory Concept managers
  • Execute the signed off marketing calendar across all regions

Budgeting and Planning

  • Prepare and get management sign off on the annual marketing budget for the territory in coordination with the Concept Marketing team
  • Manage the territory’s marketing budget. Provide feedback to the Concept Marketing team on approving key marketing expenses
  • Review footfalls in the stores on a regular basis
