Assistant Manager - Warehouse

We are hiring a Assistant Manager - Warehouse to take full ownership of warehousing and inventory operations at our Ipoh agrochemical manufacturing plant .

You will lead a team of Warehouse Executives and warehouse personnel, with end-to-end accountability for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods - covering inventory accuracy, chemical storage compliance, dispatch performance, and slow-moving stock management.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants visibility, autonomy, and a direct line to top management.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full custodial ownership of all stock at the Ipoh plant - raw materials, packaging, and finished goods - ensuring book stock reconciles to physical stock at all times
• Lead daily and weekly cycle counts, half-yearly full stock takes, and variance investigations with Finance and external auditors
