Job Description

Assistant Manager - Warehouse & Logistic (Central Kitchen)

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.

Ensure proper inventory handling in accordance with FIFO/FEFO principles, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Monitor stock accuracy, conduct daily & monthly stock counts and investigate variances.

Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature control, cleanliness, segregation) are always maintained.

Logistics & Distribution

Plan and coordinate routine delivery schedules to retail outlets and internal stakeholders.

Work closely with Head of Warehouse & Logistic (Retail side) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Monitor logistics costs, delivery performance and route efficiency to support cost optimization.

Handle delivery issues, shortages, damages, and returns and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
