Assistant Manager/Manager (Asset Management & Business Development)

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager/Manager - Asset Management & Business Development. This client is in the PERE as well as REITs space and am mostly involved in the logistics/industrial portfolio.

You will be in an overall scope of Asset Management & Portfolio Performance as well as Leasing & Commercial Management and Business Development.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the performance, lifecycle, and value enhancement of assigned assets (e.g., buildings, industrial facilities, real estate portfolios, infrastructure assets).
• Developing and executing asset enhancement strategies, including refurbishment, redevelopment, repositioning, or optimization initiatives.
• Monitoring asset KPIs (occupancy, yield, OPEX/CAPEX, ROI, lifecycle costs) and recommend interventions for improvement.
• Preparing annual asset business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
