Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:
The Assistant Merchandiser is responsible for supporting the Sourcing team in daily order management, reporting, data analysis, and vendor performance tracking activities. This role will work closely with sourcing, merchandising, planning, product development, and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate data, timely execution, and visibility across the order lifecycle. The position provides hands-on experience in global sourcing operations within a fast-paced retail environment.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support order management activities, including order tracking, status updates, and follow-up with vendors.
Maintain and update sourcing reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
Analyze sourcing, production, and shipment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Monitor key milestones and support on-time execution of orders.
