Assistant Operations (Part-Time)
Kolonaki 8 Design Suites & Lofts is seeking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Operations.
Responsibilities
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally via phone and email
Provide concierge services and guest support throughout their stay
Handle guest issues efficiently and with discretion
Support the Operations Manager in selected daily operational tasks
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and external partners to ensure operational standards are met
Assist in monitoring operational processes related to check-ins, stays, and check-outs
Contribute to ensuring smooth daily workflow and adherence to company standards
Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays
