Process Manufacturing Plant
- Assist in managing daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations
- Monitor production performance, process efficiency, product quality, and operational KPIs
- Coordinate manpower planning, production scheduling, and machine utilization to meet production targets
- Work closely with maintenance, warehouse, and utilities teams to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
- Support troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
