Position Title: Assistant Production Manager 
Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided) 
Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Fri day (8am – 5pm) 
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Sign-On Bonus 
Duration: Permanent 
Responsibilities Support the Operations Manager in daily production activities, including thermal treatment, chemical leaching, milling, blending, and related processes. 
Coordinate workflows across production, engineering, logistics, and chemical leaching teams to maintain smooth operations. 
Track production output, recovery yields, and process efficiency to meet operational targets. 
Ensure materials are handled, processed, and stored according to approved SOPs and work instructions. 
Assist in troubleshooting process deviations, upsets, and operational issues to restore stable performance.
