JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


A. Content Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the development of social media content strategies aligned with brand, product, and commercial objectives.
  • Translate business priorities (e.g., network performance, promos, innovations) into engaging, consumer-first content.
  • Drive a clear content architecture across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube), ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Champion a “social-first” mindset across campaigns, ensuring ideas are designed for platforms, not adapted.
  • Develop and lead social strategies that support always-on engagement and major campaign bursts (e.g., data promos, network superiority, 5G, prepaid/postpaid offers).
  • Ensure all campaigns are social-native, not just adaptations of above-the-line assets.
  • Translate brand and business priorities into content ecosystems that drive relevance and talkability.
