Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate (and possibly postgraduate) courses in Operation Theater Technology.
- Prepare lesson plans, lectures, lab/practical manuals, and assessment tools in line with curriculum guidelines.
- Supervise students in laboratory-based and simulation-based training.
- Mentor and evaluate students through assignments, internal exams, and presentations.
Research and Development:
- Engage in academic research related to OT technology and contribute to scholarly publications.
- Encourage and supervise student research projects.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in OT techniques and equipment.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and review of the academic curriculum. Participate in departmental meetings, academic audits, and university events.
