Job Scope
  • Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from commencement to completion
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project schedule, progress, budget, quality, and safety requirements
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and ensure proper record management
  • Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues
  • Ensure work activities comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Identify project risks and resolve site-related issues promptly
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards
