Job Description
Overview
- Conduct RFI, Invite to Quote (ITQ), Invite to Tender (ITT) exercises, including preparation and definition of specifications, evaluations, contract negotiation and obtain approval to award.
- Oversight of IT projects
- Manage project scope and objectives, influence, drive and manage stakeholders' expectations to achieve the desired project deliverables.
- Manage all changes in project scope escalating to Project Steering Board timely when the changes impact on agreed delivery time and budget.
- Perform solution analysis, procurement, product selection, fit-gap and obtain approval. Ensure technical solution supports the business requirements.
- Ability to manage and execute projects based on industry best practice of Project Management Methodology
- Define, structure, plan, manage and report on assigned IT projects.
