Monday - Friday (NO SATURDAYS) 

Due to continued success and exceeding everyone’s expectations, McCarthy & Stone Resales are appointing an Assistant Property Consultant who will support the department in achieving/exceeding market appraisals, instructions and sales in line targets.

You will have a varied, challenging and rewarding set of responsibilities including;

• Supporting Property and Field Consultants and the team when required.
• Liaising with vendors and potential purchasers to ensure they fully understand the services offered by McCarthy & Stone Resales and are consistently kept up to date.
• Arranging appointments for viewings, market appraisals, identity checks and viewings.
• Coordinating the valuation process for Field Property Consultants and Homeowners, ensuring all documents are completed and reco...
