Job Description

The Assistant Purchasing Manager supports the Purchasing Manager in driving efficient, timely, and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services critical to real estate development and property operations. This role plays a key part in supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, purchase order management, and vendor performance monitoring, while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate canvass sheets to ensure completeness, competitiveness, and accuracy of supplier quotations
  • Evaluate and check purchase requests and purchase orders from various departments for correctness, completeness, and policy compliance
  • Process, approve, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP , ensuring proper documentation and workflow adherence
