We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in managing costs for infrastructure maintenance projects ensuring financial efficiency and contractual compliance.
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects including materials labor and equipment
- Conduct on-site measurements and quantity take-offs to verify project progress and costs
- Manage change control processes including additional works notifications and purchase orders
- Assist in the preparation and submission of subcontractor payment certificates
- Collaborate with the finance team on internal and external forecasting and accruals
