Description Oversee all GRBG restaurant F&B and daily operations within budget guidelines while maintaining top quality and service standards. 
Maximize sales and revenue through effective upselling and promotion of GRBG products. 
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive engagement, professional service, and timely resolution of guest issues or complaints. 
Forecast, plan, and coordinate restaurant reservations, orders, and staff scheduling in collaboration with the Kitchen Team to ensure smooth operations. 
Lead, coach, appraise, and motivate the GRBG service team; ensure proper delegation, accountability, and effective communication.
