- Oversee all GRBG restaurant F&B and daily operations within budget guidelines while maintaining top quality and service standards.
- Maximize sales and revenue through effective upselling and promotion of GRBG products.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive engagement, professional service, and timely resolution of guest issues or complaints.
- Forecast, plan, and coordinate restaurant reservations, orders, and staff scheduling in collaboration with the Kitchen Team to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead, coach, appraise, and motivate the GRBG service team; ensure proper delegation, accountability, and effective communication.
