Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily shifts by opening and closing the restaurant, managing flow and ensuring smooth service

  • Scheduling, training, coaching, monitoring performance and resolving conflicts

  • Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs

  • Assisting with budgeting, tracking sales and managing cash

  • Managing stock, placing orders and ensuring proper storage

  • Ensure compliance with ISO22000, health and safety regulations regarding food storage and
