- Co-manage restaurant operations with Restaurant Manager
- Handle operations duties in FOH (Hospitality) and BOH (Kitchen)
- Coach and Mentor the team
- Manpower and Payroll Analysis
- Staff Training
- Forecasting & Marketing Plan
- Staffing/Planning work schedule
- Inventory Planning
- Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice.
- Priority for relevant work experiences in similar capacity under quick service restaurant/environment.
- Ability to adapt to new environment.
- Organizational and leadership skills to run a smooth operation.
- A Customer Maniac and a team player.
