Job Description
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.
- Manage and follow up on generated leads, ensuring daily KPIs are met.
- Schedule a minimum of 10 client appointments, conducting at least one meeting per day.
- Understand clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend the most suitable projects.
- Assist potential clients with project site visits and property walkthroughs.
- Facilitate negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Regularly visit different project sites to maintain client engagement and market knowledge.
Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or a related field
Experience: 3-5 years in Sales/Business Development
