Job Description
- Accountable for the acquisition of new individual and family accounts for MyMaxicare products and services.
- Manages and ensures the retention and renewal of existing individual and family accounts to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Assists in planning, organizing, and managing the activities of Health Benefit Executives (HBEs) in coordination with the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Supports the achievement of sales, productivity, and profitability targets of the team and department.
- Helps establish sales objectives, strategies, and action plans aligned with corporate and departmental business goals.
- Monitors team performance and provides coaching, guidance, and support to HBEs to drive productivity and improve sales results.
