Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop.
- Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop.
- Follow up on customer's appointment and feedback.
- Train team members, motivate team’s morale and resolve staff issues.
- Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target.
- Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies.
- Prepare sales reports, staff rosters and assist with payroll and commission calculations.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation.
