About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on leader to support daily operations of our Garden Centre and 50‑seat Café, inspire our store team, and help create outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for a people‑focused retail leader who is passionate about what we do, enjoys working collaboratively, and shares our commitment to our company vision while supporting financial and operational goals.
