Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all customers receive excellent service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation of store.
• Train and supervise store staff. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff and foster a positive and fun work environment to maximize employee and store performance.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders for raw materials, ingredients, supplies and merchandise. Minimize waste and spoilage by implementing effective inventory control measures.
