The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
Daily Tasks (but not limited to)
Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.
Training, coaching, and developing employees.
Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
