Responsibilities
- Proficient PC skills and previous experience with computer systems
- Ability to accurately read and communicate orders
- Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency; able to track multiple orders and multi-task effectively
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, able to work productively with others
- Knowledge of food-safety practices
- Familiarity with Japanese food products
- Understanding of all recipes and presentation standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or Head Waiter/Waitress, including staff training
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
