Assistant Sub-Agent
Contract: Essex Highways
Location: Chelmsford
Contract Type: Permanent
Reporting to the Sub-Agent, Agent or Senior Agent you will assist in delivering schemes from inception to completion as part of an annual programme of works within the construction team in the following work streams; Inlay Surfacing, Surface Treatments, Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS), Local Highways Panel (LHP) Schemes, Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Schemes, S106 Schemes, Surface Water Alleviation Schemes (SWAS) and Footway Schemes.
The Role
Ensuring all projects comply with health, safety and environmental legislation, RJ processes and policies, CDM requirements and quality management.
 Assisting with the delivery of several schemes utilising internal staff, shareholder resources, external consultants and contractors as required.
