Job Description
To support daily new business administration tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of policy issuance. Process daily transactions relating to New Business Underwriting, including new applications, medical/premium billing, policy issuance and despatch. Coordinate and collaborate with intermediaries and internal stakeholders to resolve daily work issues and ensure efficient and timely service to customers. Provide backup support during team members' absences and undertake ad hoc task as assigned by supervisor. Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned to support business operations and process improvements.
