Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Finance Associate to support our fund management, reporting, and accounting activities. This role provides exposure to fund operations, portfolio monitoring, and investor relations in a dynamic impact finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for funds and management entities.
Support month-end and quarter-end accounting close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Prepare schedules and documentation for audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
Assist with loan disbursements, monitoring borrower repayments, and tracking loan portfolios.
Support the preparation of investor reports, quarterly financial statements, and fund Management Fee calculations.
Coordinate with external service providers (fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors).
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
