Assistant Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

The Assistant Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) provides senior operational leadership and strategic oversight for Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow‑Up operations. This role partners closely with Finance and the Vice President for Operations to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and achievement of revenue cycle objectives, including shared responsibility for P&L outcomes.

The AVP leads RCM/AR Follow‑Up Managers and their teams, ensuring performance against KPIs, sustainable productivity, and quality standards. The role requires deep expertise in revenue cycle operations, strong analytical and financial acumen, and the ability to quantify and communicate the impact of upstream revenue cycle issues while executing effective corrective strategies.
