Responsibilities
- Responsible for opening, prospecting and administering new clients.
- Manage client portfolio, aiming to attract, retain and bring new clients to the clinic.
- Negotiate and develop new loyalty strategies and perform follow-up on satisfaction levels.
- Handle calls and messages (phone, chat, e‑mail) following procedure, clarify doubts, provide service information, record compliments, criticisms or complaints.
- Consolidate results through reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing or related areas.
- High school education completed.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
