Responsibilities

  • Responsible for opening, prospecting and administering new clients.
  • Manage client portfolio, aiming to attract, retain and bring new clients to the clinic.
  • Negotiate and develop new loyalty strategies and perform follow-up on satisfaction levels.
  • Handle calls and messages (phone, chat, e‑mail) following procedure, clarify doubts, provide service information, record compliments, criticisms or complaints.
  • Consolidate results through reports and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing or related areas.
  • High school education completed.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
