Job Summary
We are hiring a Junior Associate – Compliance and Assurance Group (CAG) to support audit, assurance, and tax compliance engagements. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in accounting, audit, and tax, with a clear path toward Senior Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in audit procedures, reconciliations, and substantive testing
- Prepare working papers and supporting schedules
- Support tax compliance (VAT, withholding taxes, tax computations)
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, PFRS, ISAs, and BIR regulations
- Maintain organized, review‑ready documentation
Junior Associate 2 (2–3 years):
- Handle more complex tasks with increased independence
- Perform initial reviews of simple accounts
- Guide Junior Associate 1s when needed
