Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Insurance domain, UAT, and stakeholder management to support product launches and operational initiatives.
- Salary: Up to SGD 6200/month
BA+ Insurance domain (Both of these are mandatory)
Required skills- Gather, analyze & document business requirements (BRD / FRD )
- Conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Liaise between Business & IT teams
- Perform gap analysis & process improvements
- Support insurance operations & product launches
- Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards
- 2–5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in UAT & requirement gathering
